| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, A sophomore, Mr. Skuza claimed the tournament crown |

| 10 | 11 | | with an impressive performance that saw him defeat five opponents |

|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, This determined athlete won three of his first four |

| 13 | 14 | | matches by a comfortable margin, with his victory over Saalik |

| 14 | 15 | | Dhanani of Nederland being the only close contest; he then finished |

| 15 | 16 | | the tournament with a 6-3, 6-2 triumph in the finals; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Through his skill and dedication to excellence, Cade |

| 17 | 18 | | Skuza has established himself as a high school tennis player of |
