| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Dewie and Janice Free of Livingston celebrated their |

| 7 | 8 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1965, Mr. and Mrs. Free |

| 10 | 11 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony in Lufkin, and over the course of |

| 11 | 12 | | their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; |

|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Over the years, Mr. and Mrs. Free became the parents |

| 14 | 15 | | of three children, Dewie Free and his wife, Paula, Shirl Takahashi |

| 15 | 16 | | and her husband, Bryon, and the late Michael Free; today, their |

| 16 | 17 | | family has grown to include eight grandchildren and nine |

| 17 | 18 | | great-grandchildren, with whom they treasure spending many special |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Dewie and Janice Free have |
