R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at
the loss of Alissa Aileen Winch Bradford, who passed away on
February 6, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Lissie Bradford was the beloved daughter of Karen
and Jim Winch and the treasured wife of Corey Wayne Bradford; a wise
and spirited woman, she inspired everyone who knew her with her
kindness and her courage in the face of adversity; and
WHEREAS, Although her life ended far too soon, Lissie
Bradford leaves behind a legacy that will long be treasured by all
those who held her dear; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Alissa Aileen Winch
Bradford and extend sincere condolences to the members of her
family: to her husband, Corey Wayne Bradford; to her parents, Karen
and Jim Winch; to her sisters, Kara Blueyes and Erin Wheeler; to her
brother, Edward Winch; to her aunt, Kay Dubois; and to her other
relatives and friends; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for her family, and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Lissie
Bradford.
