| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born and raised in Mesquite, Mr. Boyd grew up |

| 10 | 11 | | instruments; he was also active in his church, serving as the |

| 11 | 12 | | congregation's choir director; in 2004, this talented young |

| 13 | 14 | | working as a songwriter, releasing two independent albums, and |
