| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Berryman and Mr. Pickett qualified for the |

| 10 | 11 | | event by finishing in the top 10 of the SETX High School Fishing |

| 11 | 12 | | Association 2014-2015 standings after tournaments held in December |

| 12 | 13 | | and February; in so doing, they earned the opportunity to fish with |

| 13 | 14 | | an Elite Series professional as a part of the tournament in Orange; |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Competing in the waters of the Sabine River with |

| 16 | 17 | | fishing pro Jared Lintner providing instruction, the duo reeled in |

| 17 | 18 | | three bass for a total of 11 pounds, 0.02 ounces, to claim the |

| 18 | 19 | | championship trophy; moreover, they each received a $500 |

| 19 | 20 | | scholarship for winning the event; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, These talented young anglers demonstrated |

| 21 | 22 | | exceptional skill and determination in pursuit of their goals, and |

| 22 | 23 | | they are a source of great pride to their classmates and their |
