| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Kathy Lowe has been inducted into the Livingston |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lowe was chosen to join the ranks of the Apple |

| 8 | 9 | | Corps, a prestigious group of district employees who exemplify a |

| 9 | 10 | | positive attitude and a desire to excel, in recognition of her |

| 10 | 11 | | beneficial influence on her colleagues; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A dedicated and capable worker, this Livingston |

| 12 | 13 | | native has been with the local ISD for a quarter-century; she |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | currently serves as the administrative assistant to the |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | superintendent, working closely with human resources and payroll; |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lowe enjoys the love and support of her husband |

| 17 | 18 | | of 42 years, Ronney, and she cherishes the time she spends with her |

| 18 | 19 | | daughter, Bria, and her two grandsons, Gage and Jace; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Always ready to lend a helping hand, Kathy Lowe has |

| 20 | 21 | | upheld the highest standards of her profession, and she is indeed |

| 21 | 22 | | deserving of this most recent honor; now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
