 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Taylor A. Griffin has ably served her fellow Texans
 as an intern in the office of State Representative Jason Isaac
 during the 84th Legislative Session; and
 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Griffin has provided
 vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
 in addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, she has gained
 valuable experience in the field of public service; and
 WHEREAS, Ms. Griffin is a member of the class of 2016 at The
 University of Texas at Austin, where she is working toward her
 bachelor's degree in public relations and has earned a place on the
 Dean's List of the Moody College of Communication; she is the
 philanthropy chair of Chi Omega fraternity and an active member of
 the Alan Scott Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of
 America; she also volunteers with Reading Aces, helping at-risk
 children improve their literacy skills, and with the Zavala After
 School Program, helping elementary school children with arts and
 crafts and cooking; and
 WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her
 duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is
 indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby commend Taylor A. Griffin for her service as a
 legislative intern in the office of State Representative Jason
 Isaac and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in
 all her endeavors; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Ms. Griffin as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
