| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Allen Neel retired as the administrator of the |

| 6 | 7 | | Coryell County Road and Bridge Department on March 31, 2015, after |

| 7 | 8 | | more than two decades of dedicated service to his fellow residents; |

|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, A 23-year veteran of the department, Mr. Neel |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | counted among his many responsibilities responding to road-related |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | crises at any hour of the day or night and helping to inspect and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | maintain the 625 miles of public roads and bridges in Coryell |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | County; he has distinguished himself as administrator since 2011, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and the |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | public; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Neel joins his wife, Lynda, in retirement, and |

| 17 | 18 | | together they look forward to traveling and spending more time with |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | family; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Allen Neel's dedication, professionalism, and |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | commitment to excellence have greatly benefited the citizens of |

| 21 | 22 | | Coryell County, and he may indeed reflect with pride on his |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | achievements as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life; |
