 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, The untimely death of Justin Havens Moore on March
 30, 2015, at the age of 31, has brought profound sorrow to his
 family and friends; and
 WHEREAS, Born in Stephenville, Justin Moore was the son of
 Linda Moore and Robert Paige Moore; he attended Stephenville High
 School and participated in 4-H, UIL Number Sense, and soccer, and he
 attained the rank of Eagle Scout; after completing his bachelor's
 degree in industrial distribution at Texas A&M University, he
 joined the staff of Applied Technologies of Atlanta, Georgia, where
 he was a member of the leadership development program for inside
 sales in industrial manufacturing; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Moore suffered from severe congenital heart
 disease, and when his health worsened in 2008, he moved home to
 Texas to be closer to his family; he worked as the territory manager
 for NSK Applied Industrial Technologies, handling sales in Texas,
 Kansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, before serving as a regional sales
 manager for WJB Group; and
 WHEREAS, In 2010, Mr. Moore became the proud father of a
 daughter, Averie Marie Moore; he was devoted to his "shining star,"
 and he especially loved taking her to the park and teaching her how
 to fish; an avid traveler, he visited his sister during her
 residence in England, and he took trips to France and Spain; he was
 an excellent cook and enjoyed watching the Food Network and trying
 out new recipes; in addition, he was a loyal fan of the Dallas
 Cowboys and Texas A&M football, and he delighted in debating with
 his mom and helping his relatives with technology; he was very fond
 of his golden retriever, Toby; and
 WHEREAS, Justin Moore faced the difficult challenges of his
 illness with enormous grace, courage, and determination, and
 although he is deeply missed, his loved ones will forever cherish
 their memories of his wry wit and his kind and caring ways; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Justin Havens Moore
 and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his
 parents, Paige and Linda Moore; to his sister, Maren Moxom and her
 husband, Nathaniel; to his daughter, Averie, and her mother, Jayme
 Wright; to his nephew, Raleigh Moxom; and to his other relatives and
 friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Justin
 Havens Moore.
