| 11 | 12 | | outdoors through the sport of fishing, and as part of that effort, |

| 12 | 13 | | the organization sponsors a series of bass competitions; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Guided by boat captain Matt Hargrove, Cody and Drew |

| 14 | 15 | | competed in the first qualifying round on November 8, 2014, at Lake |

| 15 | 16 | | Travis, and they also took part in the second round on March 7, |

| 16 | 17 | | 2015, at Canyon Lake; additional rounds will be held in April and |

| 17 | 18 | | May, with the teams vying to qualify for the FAN High School |

| 18 | 19 | | Championship, which offers $5,000 in scholarships and prizes, and |

| 19 | 20 | | for the Skeeter Boats Super Six Tournament; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Through their involvement in the FAN high school |

| 21 | 22 | | fishing series, Cody Hubbard and Drew Hargrove have demonstrated |
