| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The Williamson County Institute for Excellence in |

| 10 | 11 | | Nonprofits, which provides pro bono organizational assistance to |

| 11 | 12 | | local service groups, established the awards program to honor |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | initiatives that have started down the road to higher efficiency |

| 13 | 14 | | and effectiveness; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Under the leadership of chief executive officer |

| 15 | 16 | | Nancy O'Meara, Ride On Center for Kids is a hippotherapy facility |

| 16 | 17 | | that helps physically, cognitively, and emotionally disabled |

| 17 | 18 | | clients improve their abilities by riding and working with horses; |

| 18 | 19 | | this empowering opportunity is available to children, adults, and |

| 19 | 20 | | wounded veterans; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ride On Center for Kids is dedicated to ensuring the |

| 21 | 22 | | independence and improving the life skills of its participants, and |

| 22 | 23 | | it is a pleasure to join in recognizing the program's latest |

| 23 | 24 | | achievement; now, therefore, be it |
