| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |

| 10 | 11 | | become successful and productive adults, and those men and women |

| 11 | 12 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 12 | 13 | | in the lives of their students and in the communities in which they |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The influence of an educator extends far beyond the |
