6		-	REAS, Blanca Rowley of River Oaks Elementary School has
	6	+	WHEREAS, Blanca Rowley of River Oaks Elementary School has
7	7		been named a 2014-2015 Campus Teacher of the Year by the
8	8		Pflugerville Independent School District; and
9	9		WHEREAS, A solid education provides young Texans with the
10	10		tools they need to become successful and productive adults, and
11	11		those men and women who dedicate their careers to teaching are
12	12		helping to ensure that the future of the Lone Star State rests in
13	13		capable hands; and
14	14		WHEREAS, Serving as role models, motivators, listeners, and
15	15		mentors, the best teachers bring to the classroom creativity,
16	16		energy, and resourcefulness, inspiring in their students a love of
17	17		learning that will serve them well throughout their lives; and
18	18		WHEREAS, Blanca Rowley exemplifies the qualities that are the
19	19		hallmarks of a great teacher, and she has earned the respect and
20	20		admiration of her colleagues and students alike; now, therefore, be
21	21		it
22	22		RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
23	23		Legislature hereby congratulate Blanca Rowley on her selection as
24	24		the 2014-2015 River Oaks Elementary School Teacher of the Year and
25	25		extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success with her
26	26		important work; and, be it further
27	27		RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
28	28		prepared for Ms. Rowley as an expression of high regard by the Texas
29	29		House of Representatives.
