| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Receiving the Eagle Scout badge is a significant |

| 9 | 10 | | honor, bestowed on only a small fraction of those who enter the |

| 10 | 11 | | scouting movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding |

| 11 | 12 | | criteria, Daniel Bunch earned the requisite 21 merit badges and |

| 12 | 13 | | successfully completed an Eagle Scout project of benefit to his |

| 13 | 14 | | community, which involved making improvements to the grounds of |

| 14 | 15 | | Tallowood Baptist Church; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Rosemary and Mark Bunch, this notable |

| 16 | 17 | | young Texan is a senior in the Distinguished Scholars Program at |

| 17 | 18 | | Houston Christian High School; in addition, he has demonstrated |

| 18 | 19 | | outstanding leadership ability throughout his scouting career, |

| 19 | 20 | | winning the respect and admiration of the fellow members of his |

| 20 | 21 | | troop through his service as assistant senior patrol leader, troop |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Eagle Scout Daniel Bunch's dedication to excellence |
