| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A respected public servant, Officer Rogers can take |

| 12 | 13 | | justifiable pride in the contributions he has made in safeguarding |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Throughout his distinguished tenure, Officer Rogers |
