| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 1942 by Jerry Floyd and Ruby Lee Floyd, |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, The staff today also includes Ed Floyd's son, |

| 12 | 13 | | further depth of experience is Gaye Mejia, who has been employed by |

|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Well-established family businesses contribute to |

| 15 | 16 | | the stability and long-term prosperity of their communities, and Ed |
