| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The city of Socorro has greatly benefited from the |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A Socorro native, Representative Rodriguez was a |

| 9 | 10 | | volunteer with the Civil Service Commission for nine years before |

| 10 | 11 | | running for city council, and her knowledge and expertise in a wide |

| 11 | 12 | | range of community issues have earned her the respect of many people |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of |

| 14 | 15 | | life for their fellow citizens in numerous ways, and the efforts of |
