8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Appointed to this position by the Federal Reserve |

9 | 10 | | Board of Governors, Mr. Evans has brought to his new post a wealth |

10 | 11 | | of valuable knowledge and experience; he assumed his present role |

11 | 12 | | as chief executive officer of the Sierra Providence Health Network |

12 | 13 | | in September 2012, and he had previously worked as CEO of the Lake |

13 | 14 | | Pointe Health Network, as vice president of Tenet Healthcare, and |

14 | 15 | | as an industrial engineer at the Saturn Corporation; and |

15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Evans has further distinguished himself through |

17 | 18 | | Paso Chamber of Commerce, the Borderplex Alliance, the Paso del |

23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, This notable Texan holds a bachelor's degree in |
