| 8 | 9 | | County Chamber of Commerce and the Trinity-Neches Livestock Show |

| 9 | 10 | | and Rodeo; and |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Participants in the competition submitted a |

| 11 | 12 | | photograph, drawing, or painting depicting life in Polk County; |

| 12 | 13 | | Ms. Landsman entered a photograph of a pine tree, which captured |

| 13 | 14 | | the natural beauty of the region, and her award-winning work will be |

| 14 | 15 | | made into a souvenir postcard to be distributed by the chamber; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, With her fine showing in the contest, Emily Landsman |

| 16 | 17 | | has demonstrated outstanding ability and imagination, and she may |

| 17 | 18 | | indeed take pride in her accomplishments as a photographer; now, |

| 19 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
