R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Caleb Penney received well-deserved recognition
when he was named Athlete of the Week at Jasper Junior High School
in 2015; and
WHEREAS, The son of proud parents Carlton and Beth Penney,
Caleb Penney has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to
excellence in competitive sports on campus; and
WHEREAS, This young athlete's skill and determination are an
inspiration to his teammates, his coaches, and his fellow students,
and he may take justifiable pride in his accomplishments; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Caleb Penney on his selection as
Jasper Junior High School Athlete of the Week and extend to him
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Penney as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
