| 10 | 11 | | Lake, which encompasses 34,000 acres and features 328 miles of |

| 11 | 12 | | picturesque shoreline; locals and tourists alike take advantage of |

| 12 | 13 | | the state's largest residential lake by engaging in a wide range of |

| 13 | 14 | | outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, swimming, camping, |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, With a healthy blend of residential and business |
