| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Established in 2011, Leadership Prep enrolls some |

| 14 | 15 | | 520 students in kindergarten through the seventh grade; in 2014, |

| 16 | 17 | | distinctions, the highest level assigned by the Texas Education |

| 17 | 18 | | Agency, ranking it among the top two percent of Texas public |

| 18 | 19 | | schools; in addition, the school earned a perfect financial audit |

| 19 | 20 | | score during its most recent state review; and |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Leadership Prep is a member of the Texas Charter |

| 21 | 22 | | School Academic and Athletic League, and its students have |

| 22 | 23 | | distinguished themselves in a number of extracurricular |

| 23 | 24 | | activities, such as one-act play competition and the Math Olympiad; |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, By providing a first-rate education for the students |
