| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Katy Koch received well-deserved recognition when |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Conya Koch, Katy Koch has |

| 8 | 9 | | distinguished herself through her academic achievements and |

| 9 | 10 | | through her involvement in the National Honor Society and her |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | school's band and color guard; and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Koch has proven herself a leader both in and out |

| 12 | 13 | | of the classroom, and her ability and initiative predict a bright |

| 13 | 14 | | future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
