H.R. No. 2369
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Chesni Broussard received well-deserved recognition
when she was named Student of the Week at Jasper Junior High School
in 2015; and
WHEREAS, The daughter of proud parents John and Rhonda
Billingsley, Chesni Broussard has distinguished herself through
her academic achievements and through her involvement in
extracurricular activities such as cheerleading; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Broussard has proven herself a leader both in
and out of the classroom, and her ability and initiative predict a
bright future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Chesni Broussard on her selection
as Jasper Junior High School Student of the Week and extend to her
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Broussard as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
