| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Gary Gregory of Colmesneil competed in the Big Bass |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Since its establishment in 1984, Sealy Outdoors has |

| 8 | 9 | | held annual Big Bass Splash tournaments for amateur anglers across |

| 9 | 10 | | the southern United States; this year's event on Lake Sam Rayburn |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | drew many competitors, each hoping to win a share of $545,000 in |

| 11 | 12 | | cash and prizes; and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Gregory won $5,000 on the second day of the |

| 13 | 14 | | event for reeling in a bass that weighed exactly three pounds; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Through his participation in this popular event, |

| 15 | 16 | | Gary Gregory demonstrated great skill and determination, and he is |

| 16 | 17 | | indeed deserving of recognition for his accomplishment; now, |
