45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Public education is an endeavor in which all Texans
67 have a stake, and those individuals who devote themselves to the
78 development of our young people are helping to ensure that the
89 future of the Lone Star State rests in capable hands; and
910 WHEREAS, One such individual is Carlos Lynn, the head
1011 football coach at Juan Seguin High School, who has demonstrated an
1112 outstanding commitment to his students by achieving a perfect
1213 record of attendance for the 2014-2015 school year; and
1314 WHEREAS, A 9th through 12th grade teacher, Mr. Lynn works
1415 tirelessly to equip his pupils with the knowledge and skills they
1516 will need to become responsible and productive citizens; and
1617 WHEREAS, Providing for the diverse educational needs of our
1718 future leaders is an undertaking of paramount importance, and
1819 Carlos Lynn embodies the spirit of service and dedication that are
1920 the hallmarks of a good teacher; now, therefore, be it
2021 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2122 Legislature hereby commend Carlos Lynn on his perfect attendance
2223 during the 2014-2015 school year and extend to him sincere best
2324 wishes for the future; and, be it further
2425 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2526 prepared for Mr. Lynn as an expression of high regard by the Texas
2627 House of Representatives.
