| 11 | 12 | | motorcycle Ride for the Fallen on May 2, a candlelight vigil on the |

| 12 | 13 | | grounds of the State Capitol on May 3, and the Statewide Memorial |

| 13 | 14 | | Service on the south steps of the Capitol on May 4; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The Deputy Sheriff's Association of Bexar County |

| 15 | 16 | | represents the interests of the deputies of the Bexar County |

| 16 | 17 | | Sheriff's Office; a deputy with that office since 1997, Juan |

| 17 | 18 | | Contreras has held the post of DSABC president since October 2014; |

| 19 | 20 | | from 2009 to 2011 and as vice president from 2011 to 2014; and |
