| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Gregory Pulte has ably served the people of Texas as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Pulte has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |

| 10 | 11 | | in addition to learning more about the legislative process and the |

| 11 | 12 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained |

| 12 | 13 | | valuable experience in the field of public service; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Kathleen and William Pulte, Gregory Pulte |

| 14 | 15 | | is a second-year graduate student at The University of Texas at |

| 15 | 16 | | Austin, where he is working toward a Ph.D. in educational policy and |

| 16 | 17 | | planning, with the intent of pursuing a career in academia; he was |

| 17 | 18 | | previously employed for several years at Southern Methodist |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | University, and he is the proud father of a six-year-old daughter, |

| 19 | 20 | | Graciela; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a |

| 21 | 22 | | senior education fellow with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |

| 22 | 23 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
