| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The tragedy of a young life cut short is a solemn |

| 7 | 8 | | those who were fortunate enough to know Abdallah Khader of |

| 8 | 9 | | Arlington will forever cherish their memories of this beloved |

| 9 | 10 | | little boy, who passed away on January 11, 2015, at the age of |

|---|
| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The son of Fahad and Loubna Khader, Abdallah was the |

| 12 | 13 | | victim of a senseless automobile accident when he was only two years |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | old; as he dealt with serious and insurmountable health challenges, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | he was cared for with unceasing devotion by his parents, and in this |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | difficult time, some comfort is found in the knowledge that he was |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | well-loved and nurtured throughout his life; and |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Abdallah's plight drew the sympathy and compassion |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | of people far and wide, who offered prayers for his recovery and |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | shared in his family's heartache and hope; and |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Though his years were far too few in number, |

| 21 | 22 | | Abdallah Khader profoundly affected the lives of those who held him |

| 22 | 23 | | dear, and the passage of time will never erase the memory of this |

| 23 | 24 | | special and irreplaceable young boy; now, therefore, be it |

| 24 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |

| 25 | 26 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Abdallah Khader and |

| 26 | 27 | | extend heartfelt condolences to the members of his family: to his |
