R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Carolyn Hise of Georgetown High School has been
selected as an honored member of the Covington Who's Who Executive
and Professional Registry, and this achievement merits special
recognition; and
WHEREAS, This notable honor is given to individuals who
demonstrate excellence in their respective fields; a fitting
recipient, Ms. Hise has been a dedicated educator for 12 years; she
currently teaches math at Georgetown High School, where she strives
to make the subject relevant to the daily lives of her pupils; and
WHEREAS, Outside of the classroom, Ms. Hise is an active
member of the Association of Texas Professional Educators, and she
has shared her instruction strategies with teachers across the
state; and
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time
and talents strengthen the communities in which they live, and it is
a pleasure to recognize Carolyn Hise for her dedication to her
students and Georgetown High School; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Carolyn Hise on her selection as an
honored member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and
Professional Registry and extend to her sincere best wishes for the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Hise as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
