| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Carolyn Hise of Georgetown High School has been |

| 7 | 8 | | and Professional Registry, and this achievement merits special |

|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, This notable honor is given to individuals who |

| 10 | 11 | | demonstrate excellence in their respective fields; a fitting |

| 11 | 12 | | recipient, Ms. Hise has been a dedicated educator for 12 years; she |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | currently teaches math at Georgetown High School, where she strives |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | to make the subject relevant to the daily lives of her pupils; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Outside of the classroom, Ms. Hise is an active |

| 15 | 16 | | member of the Association of Texas Professional Educators, and she |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | has shared her instruction strategies with teachers across the |

| 17 | 18 | | state; and |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time |

| 19 | 20 | | and talents strengthen the communities in which they live, and it is |

| 20 | 21 | | a pleasure to recognize Carolyn Hise for her dedication to her |

| 21 | 22 | | students and Georgetown High School; now, therefore, be it |
