45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Husband and wife Mario Oscar Pureco Razo and
67 Anttoniett Ceron Ponce have been named 2015 Campus Teachers of the
78 Year in the Fort Worth Independent School District; and
89 WHEREAS, A prekindergarten teacher at Mitchell Boulevard
910 Elementary School, Mr. Pureco holds a degree in computer science
1011 engineering and formerly worked for Procter & Gamble; Ms. Ceron
1112 instructs third graders at Glen Park Elementary School, and she
1213 previously taught English to elementary students in Mexico; and
1314 WHEREAS, Mr. Pureco and Ms. Ceron came to the United States
1415 from Mexico through a certification program with the Texas
1516 Education Service Center, and they have served in the Fort Worth
1617 Independent School District for seven years; the couple have been
1718 married 15 years and have a 13-year-old son, Diego; and
1819 WHEREAS, Through their enthusiasm and unwavering commitment
1920 to their work, these two outstanding educators have helped their
2021 students acquire knowledge and skills that will benefit them well
2122 into the future, and their contributions have made a positive
2223 difference in the lives of many young Texans; now, therefore, be it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby congratulate Mario Pureco and Anttoniett Ceron
2526 on being named 2015 Fort Worth Independent School District Campus
2627 Teachers of the Year and extend to them sincere best wishes for
2728 continued success and happiness; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Mr. Pureco and Ms. Ceron as an expression of high
3031 regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
