| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Andrew Kyle Almaguer of Friendswood is an |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A student at Friendswood High School, Mr. Almaguer |

| 9 | 10 | | is part of the PALS program, and he is also involved in the theater |

| 10 | 11 | | department at the junior high; a talented bowler as well, he |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | lettered in bowling at FHS and earned a gold medal in the sport at |

| 12 | 13 | | the Special Olympics; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Lillie and Americo Almaguer, Andrew |

| 14 | 15 | | Almaguer never met a stranger, and he has won the affection of many |

| 15 | 16 | | people through his civic engagement; he is an ambassador for the |

| 16 | 17 | | Texas Oilman's Bass Invitational, a junior firefighter with the |

| 17 | 18 | | Friendswood Volunteer Fire Department, and a valued congregant of |

| 18 | 19 | | Mary Queen Catholic Church; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Andrew Kyle Almaguer brings joy and enthusiasm to |

| 20 | 21 | | each new task he takes on, and he is indeed deserving of special |

| 21 | 22 | | recognition for his achievements; now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |

| 23 | 24 | | Legislature hereby recognize Andrew Kyle Almaguer for his |
