8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedicated contributions to Operation |

10 | 11 | | in the Rio Grande Valley and to reduce crime in the region; and |

11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Leaving her family and community behind for extended |

12 | 13 | | periods of time to fulfill her duties in this vital mission, |

13 | 14 | | Operator Mays has willingly placed herself in harm's way to |
