| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Major areas of interest that Texas and Israel share |

| 12 | 13 | | are energy, water, and health; examples of the beneficial |

| 13 | 14 | | relationship between the two include the discovery of natural gas |

| 14 | 15 | | in Israel by Noble Energy and the Lone Star State's use of |

| 15 | 16 | | groundbreaking Israeli water technology to help it solve its |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, In light of the joint economic and developmental |
