| 10 | 11 | | performing a Class I solo or a Class I piece with a small ensemble; |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Under the guidance of choir director Carrie |

| 13 | 14 | | Forehand, the Waco High students who earned first division ratings |

| 14 | 15 | | to qualify for state are Kenny Lewis, Lauren Arias, Issac |

| 15 | 16 | | Arterburn, Nick Atkins, Kaleigh Huser, Valerie Sanchez, and Emily |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, This notable feat is the culmination of countless |

| 18 | 19 | | hours of practice and an unwavering dedication to excellence, and |
