45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, The members of two Rapoport Academy fifth-grade
67 teams distinguished themselves with their performance at the Heart
78 of Texas Regional History Fair on February 20, 2015; and
89 WHEREAS, Tylan Harris and Jim White earned the National
910 Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution Outstanding
1011 Entry Award, while Dylan Dunn and Kelsey Santiago received the
1112 Colonial Dames of America (Texas) Award for the best project on U.S.
1213 colonial history as well as the Elizabeth Gordon Bradley Daughters
1314 of the American Revolution Award for their entry on the
1415 Revolutionary War; and
1516 WHEREAS, With their fine showing at the Heart of Texas
1617 Regional History Fair, these exceptional students have brought
1718 credit to their school, and they may take justifiable pride in the
1819 skill and dedication they have demonstrated; now, therefore, be it
1920 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2021 Legislature hereby congratulate the Rapoport Academy fifth-grade
2122 teams on their performance at the Heart of Texas Regional History
2223 Fair and extend to the members sincere best wishes for continued
2324 success; and, be it further
2425 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2526 prepared for the teams as an expression of high regard by the Texas
2627 House of Representatives.
