H.R. No. 2657
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Traci Martin of the Midway Independent School
District was deservedly honored by the Texas School Public
Relations Association at the 53rd annual Star Awards Celebration on
February 25, 2015; and
WHEREAS, The public information coordinator for the
district, Ms. Martin was recognized with several accolades,
including Best in State awards in the areas of feature writing and
event planning; and
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time
and talents strengthen the organizations in which they work, and
Traci Martin may indeed reflect with pride on her contributions to
the Midway Independent School District; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Traci Martin on receiving several
awards from the Texas School Public Relations Association and
extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Martin as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
