| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 9 pounds, 4 |

| 10 | 11 | | ounces, when he made his long-awaited arrival at Seton Medical |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, Owen's birth has brought |

| 13 | 14 | | great happiness to his grandparents, Rodney and Melodee Taylor and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Owen begins his life secure in the safe and loving |
