R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, January 9, 2015, was indeed a special day in the
lives of Ryan and Kaili Skrobarczyk of Hutto, for on that day they
became the proud parents of a darling baby boy, Connor Gene
Skrobarczyk; and
WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 8 pounds, 3
ounces, and measured 19-1/2 inches in length when he made his
long-awaited arrival at St. David's Medical Center in Round Rock;
and
WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, Connor's birth has
brought great happiness to his grandparents, Joe and Kristi
Skrobarczyk and Mark and Donna DeGaish, and his godparents, Jarrod
Azopardi and Hannah
DeGaish; and
WHEREAS, Connor begins his life secure in the safe and loving
embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication, and
guidance, he may truly look forward to a bright and promising
future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Ryan and Kaili Skrobarczyk on the
birth of their beloved son and welcome Connor Gene Skrobarczyk as a
new citizen of Texas; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
