| 11 | 12 | | 65-69 age division; moreover, his superb performance set a new |

| 12 | 13 | | National Senior Games record for the 400 meters; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Taylor has actively participated in Texas |

| 14 | 15 | | Senior Games competitions for nearly two decades, and he enjoyed |

| 15 | 16 | | further success in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash events at this |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, This respected gentleman's athletic achievements |
