| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jacob Turner, an eighth grader at Midway Middle |

| 7 | 8 | | success at the 2015 regional spelling bee; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, At the event, Mr. Turner triumphed over 10 other |

| 9 | 10 | | students from the county to take first prize and qualify to compete |

| 10 | 11 | | in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through his involvement with the regional spelling |

| 12 | 13 | | bee, Jacob Turner has demonstrated great initiative and ability, |

| 13 | 14 | | and he may indeed look forward to a future bright with promise; now, |
