| 11 | 12 | | Action Youth Tour in our nation's capital; this prestigious honor |

| 12 | 13 | | is determined by a committee of JNEC members, and winners are |

| 13 | 14 | | recognized for their academic achievements as well as other |
|---|

|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Gina Harmon-Gray, Mr. Harmon will be |

| 16 | 17 | | afforded the opportunity to enhance his knowledge of electric |

| 17 | 18 | | cooperatives and rural electrification issues over the course of |

| 18 | 19 | | the nine-day tour; moreover, this bright young Texan will also meet |

| 19 | 20 | | with lawmakers to get a better understanding of the workings of the |

| 20 | 21 | | federal government and visit the multitude of historical sites and |

| 21 | 22 | | museums that D.C. has to offer; and |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Andrew Harmon has distinguished himself through his |

| 23 | 24 | | hard work and dedication both in and out of the classroom, and he |
