| 7 | 8 | | became the proud parents of a baby boy, Tucker Ray Tarlton; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Now approaching his second birthday, Tucker Ray |

| 9 | 10 | | weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length when |

| 10 | 11 | | he made his long-awaited arrival; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The birth of this ninth-generation Texan brought |
