45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Taylor Sexton has ably served his fellow Texans as
67 an aide in the office of State Representative J. D. Sheffield
78 during the 84th Legislative Session; and
89 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Sexton has provided
910 vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
1011 in addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
1112 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained
1213 valuable experience in the field of public service; and
1314 WHEREAS, The son of Brent and Tricia Sexton, Taylor Sexton is
1415 from Glen Rose and is a student at the University of North Texas,
1516 where he is completing his master's degree in public health; in
1617 addition to his academic pursuits, he has served as the student body
1718 president for the UNT Health Science Center School of Public
1819 Health; and
1920 WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a
2021 legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
2122 deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
2223 be it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby commend Taylor Sexton for his service as a
2526 legislative aide in the office of State Representative
2627 J. D. Sheffield and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
2728 success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Mr. Sexton as an expression of high regard by the Texas
3031 House of Representatives.
