| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Rita Peterson has rendered outstanding service to |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Peterson, a court coordinator, was honored for |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and proven |
