| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Established in 2009, this much-anticipated |

| 12 | 13 | | gathering features highly skilled pit masters from the Rio Grande |

| 13 | 14 | | Valley, other parts of Texas, and beyond who strive to produce the |

| 14 | 15 | | tastiest entries in several different categories; attendees enjoy a |

| 15 | 16 | | fun, family-oriented atmosphere along with great food and spirited |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The cook-off is held in conjunction with the |

| 18 | 19 | | HinoPalooza festival at the historic Rio Grande Valley Livestock |

| 19 | 20 | | Show Grounds; the event is presented by the Hino Electric RGV |

| 20 | 21 | | Scholarship Fund to benefit deserving students in South Texas, and |

| 21 | 22 | | it includes a car and truck show, live music, a team roping contest, |
