H.R. No. 275
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Crestview HealthCare Residence in Waco hosted an
appreciation ceremony in commemoration of Veterans Day 2014; and
WHEREAS, The retirement facility honored the service of its
veteran residents by offering heartfelt words of gratitude and
presenting them with medals emblazoned with the slogan "You Bet I'm
a Vet!"; and
WHEREAS, Through its touching observance, Crestview has paid
fitting tribute to those who have served our nation, and its
commitment to the remembrance of our men and women in uniform, past
and present, is truly deserving of special recognition; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Crestview HealthCare Residence for
honoring its veteran occupants with an appreciation ceremony and
extend to all those associated with the facility sincere best
wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Crestview HealthCare Residence as an expression of
high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
