| 6 | 6 | WHEREAS, Crestview HealthCare Residence in Waco hosted an | |
| 7 | 7 | appreciation ceremony in commemoration of Veterans Day 2014; and | |
| 8 | 8 | WHEREAS, The retirement facility honored the service of its | |
| 9 | 9 | veteran residents by offering heartfelt words of gratitude and | |
| 10 | 10 | presenting them with medals emblazoned with the slogan "You Bet I'm | |
| 11 | 11 | a Vet!"; and | |
| 12 | 12 | WHEREAS, Through its touching observance, Crestview has paid | |
| 13 | 13 | fitting tribute to those who have served our nation, and its | |
| 14 | 14 | commitment to the remembrance of our men and women in uniform, past | |
| 15 | 15 | and present, is truly deserving of special recognition; now, | |
| 16 | 16 | therefore, be it | |
| 17 | 17 | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | |
| 18 | 18 | Legislature hereby commend Crestview HealthCare Residence for | |
| 19 | 19 | honoring its veteran occupants with an appreciation ceremony and | |
| 20 | 20 | extend to all those associated with the facility sincere best | |
| 21 | 21 | wishes for the future; and, be it further | |
