| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jennifer Bailey of Bear Branch Junior High School |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |

| 10 | 11 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 11 | 12 | | in the lives of their students and in the communities in which they |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Bailey, who currently teaches eighth-grade |

| 14 | 15 | | mathematics, has been a dedicated member of the faculty for three |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The influence of an educator extends far beyond the |
